We work with an associate team of highly experience consultants globally. They have succeeded already in their careers and have now moved into consulting & training to help bring the best out of others. All our consultants are active selling today, meaning they are practitioners not theorists.
Frederik Barbieux
FRANCE
In these roles, he actively developed his selling skills, prospecting and connecting during professional exhibitions and becoming a specialist in the consultative selling process.
In 2001, he became a training consultant and has been very active selling, designing and delivering programmes on an international basis. Since 2010, he set up Amenity, a French based company, delivering programmes so far in more than 10 countries in Europe, America & Africa. Frederik is totally fluent in French and English and blends systems and behaviour thinking really well.
Steven Brothwood
UK
After 10 years of sales and distributor management in the capital equipment sector he discovered training and coaching, joining Krauthammer International in 1998.
Since then he has gained experience in Professional Services, Legal and Healthcare in consulting, sales and sales management and today specialises in blended learning experiences that deliver the knowledge, tools and skills salespeople need to be successful, where and when they need them.
Steve has a degree in Chemical Engineering, a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Boston and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Bristol Business School.
Francesco de Tommasi
ITALY
He joined Krauthammer International, a European training company in 1999, and has been a successful behavioural trainer ever since. He started his own company in 2009 in Italy and has continually worked on novel delivery methods, including Lego Serious Play and innovative visualisation methods.
His main experiences are related to the pharmaceutical sector as well as financial services, banking, insurance, real estate, IT, and manufacturing.

Adolfo Garcia
SPAIN
Adolfo’s energy and inspirational talent creates the difference in front of a group.
With a Marketing background, he has been in consultancy all his professional live. He has more than 22 years of experience in the training industry and he is a founding partner of The Coaching Lab, a training company based in Barcelona.
He trains in Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese and English in more than 15 countries all over Europe, Asia and America. He has extensive experience in Banking, Industrial and Service Sectors.
His motto is pioneering innovation in behavioural training…and he does that indeed!
Anderson Hirst
UK
Starting out in front line technical sales in 1991, he ‘carried the bag’ for 7 years, before entering the field of sales training and consulting. Working 10 years at Krauthammer International, Anderson sold designed and delivered multiple international sales improvement projects.
In 2005 he studied an MBA at Warwick Business School and used his research into sales process to build the foundations of Selling Interactions.
Today, he is a passionate researcher of sales best practice, splitting his time between sales research and hands-on delivery.
Suzy Hunt
UK
Suzy has sales experience within the FMCG sector, working for brands such as Lucozade & Ribena, Suzy has worked across a number of commercial functions from national account management, shopper marketing and field sales. During her tenure heading up a national field sales team, Suzy’s curiosity in people development and sales capability was sparked and so in 2018 she went back to university to train as a coach, a personality profiler and combine her sales experience, with her love for helping both individuals & teams develop professionally. She is currently active as a sales & leadership mentor, business coach and personality profiling practitioner as well as being a podcast host for ‘The Coaching Cast.’
Suzy has supported individuals and organisations in the FMCG sector, publishing, translation services as well as start-ups.
Alastair McIvor

During his career, Alastair has trained and coached more than 4.000 people globally, in Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa & Europe and in many sectors of industry.
Furthermore, he was responsible for running ‘train the trainer’ programs to all new recruits.
Alastair has extensive experience in global sales development projects, and in 2006, won a National Training Award for project work with Cisco EMEA

Francisco Ortega
SPAIN
Francisco started his selling career in 2000 as a people development consultant, selling and delivering training programmes on an international basis.
He has an MBA from ESADE Business School (Barcelona) and UBC (Vancouver).
Since 2011 he has been working for Selling Interactions in Spain, delivering business development training. He has a lot of experience in personal and telephone selling skills, gained through work with many of Spain’s major blue-chip organisations.
Totally fluent in Spanish and English, Francisco is a real asset to any international sales improvement programme.
Janusz Slezak
POLAND
He began his selling career in 1991 as a medical devices’ sales representative in the clinical laboratory market. After being successful in sales he became a Sales Director and spent 14 years selling, training sales staff and designing sales approach methodologies for different global companies of different branches.
He has attended numerous trainings and seminars as a participant and trainer. Since 2006, he has focused entirely on consultancy and training, specialising in business development;
Janusz brings a pragmatic hands-on approach to programme design and delivery. He will help you build a highly effective approach.
Irena Stankova
CZECH REPUBLIC
She started her professional career in 1993, where she worked as a Project Manager, Director of Studies, Entrepreneur and Manager of EU projects.
She became a training consultant and coach in 2001 and has spent 18 years selling, designing and delivering training programmes, coaching and consulting on an international basis.
She has a master’s degree in Economics and studied marketing and management in Great Britain.
Irena’s sales training is very energising, and she is excellent at bringing the best out of people.

Motoaki has been active in the international training and coaching industry since 1996, and is well-versed in conducting sales, negotiation, sales management and leadership training all across Asia Pacific. His extensive experiences in multicultural entrepreneurial strategies supporting his global clients in China, East Asia, India, Australia and the Middle East. Recent projects include global key account training, sales excellence and customer care and sales leadership.
